Terms and rules for rental of "Casa Vasco"	* The following terms and rules apply to all rental arrangements made through Casa Vasco. All references made to "Tenant and/or Tenants" within these terms and rules, means any person, persons or group of people making, or wishing to make a booking for a holiday accommodation. - Established prices apply for the house rental, based on the total number of persons (adults / children) renting and occupying the house during the rental period. The house maximum occupancy is 5 persons. Casa Vasco reserves the right to request tenants to vacate the property if the total number of tenants exceeds the maximum occupancy allowed in the house. - Rental prices are on a weekly basis, starting on Saturdays at 04:00 P.M. hours, to end the next Saturday by 11:00 A.M. hours (Portugal local time). - The house will be vacated on the last day (as stated on the tenants reservation booking confirmation), the latest by 11:00 A.M. hours (Portugal local time). - On receipt of a completed "Reservations Booking Form" request and subject to the house (Casa Vasco) availability, a booking confirmation will be sent to you by email (only). You should not assume a booking request has been accepted until you receive a booking confirmation. - A deposit of 20% of the total amount of the reservation will be requested and must be "paid and received" the latest 7 days after the date of the booking confirmation. The balance of the total amount (final payment) must be "paid and received" the latest 60 days prior to the tenants arrival date. If your booking request is done within the 60 day limit, full payment will be immediately requested and must be "paid and received" the latest 7 days after your booking confirmation and/or before the arrival date at the house (final payments will not be accepted upon or after arrival at the house). Casa Vasco reserves the right to cancel any house rental bookings (without further notice) if any of the payments are not made within the above mentioned time frames (late received payments) and will not guarantee the house vacancy. - All payments must be done in Euros (€) only. - In case of any cancellation, there are no refunds of any amount, at any time and for whatever reason. - A guaranty deposit of € 200.00 Euros will be required (obligatory) upon reception of the house keys and returned to the tenants at the end of their stay, only after check-up and if everything is as when they arrived. A total house inventory will be done by the "House Management Company" before the tenants departure. The house keys will "NOT" be given until you provide them with the guaranty deposit. - The tenants will inform immediately the house management company about any damaged or lost items in order to repair and/or substitute them as quickly as possible. These will be repaired and/or replaced at the tenants own expense and the proper charges will be collected from the same. - Should the property suffer substantial damage caused by the tenants, their guests and/or visitors, Casa Vasco reserves the right to request tenants to vacate the property immediately. In these circumstances no refunds of the unused rental period will be considered and the tenants will be held entirely responsible for all the property repairs, the property replacements and/or substitution of their new accommodation. - The use of any of the house (Casa Vasco) objects is not permitted outside of the house premises. - Rental prices include the bathrooms/kitchen towels and linen for the beds. Towels are changed twice a week and bed linen once a week. Beach towels are not supplied (not included). The use of the property's towels is not allowed on the beach. - It's the tenants responsibility to ensure that all members of their party, including children, hold valid passports and have the proper required documentation if traveling from another country. - Casa Vasco will not be responsible for travel / sickness / injuries / accidents / death / theft / loss / damage of the tenants, their guests and/or visitors, in or out of the house (Casa Vasco) premises. Casa Vasco suggests and recommends that you acquire all proper and necessary insurances before your arrival at the house. - In order to avoid any accidents, it is up to the tenants responsibility to observe the pool vigilance, especially for children. - Pets are not allowed on the house (Casa Vasco) premises. - Smoking is not permitted in the bedrooms of Casa Vasco at any time. - These terms, rules and website were established in good faith.
