- Rentals for a duration of 2 weeks will get a 5% discount on the total amount of the reservation.
- Rentals for a duration of 3 weeks or greater will get a 10% discount on the total amount of the reservation.
- The house maximum occupancy is 5 persons.
- Established prices apply for the house rental, based on the total number of persons (adults / children) renting and occupying the house during the rental period.
- Rental prices are on a weekly basis "ONLY", starting on Saturdays at 03:00 P.M. hours, to end the next Saturday by 11:00 A.M. hours.
- Rental for a Baby Cot + € 20.00 Euros.
- All payments must be done in Euros (€) only.
- A deposit of 20% of the total amount of the reservation will be requested and must be "paid and received" the latest 7 days after the date of the booking confirmation. The balance of the total amount (final payment) must be "paid and received" the latest 60 days prior to the tenants arrival date. In case of any cancellation, there are no refunds of any amount, at any time and for whatever reason.
